Advantage by Bridgeway Health Solutions HMO SNP is a Coordinated Care Plan with a Medicare Advantage Contract and a contract with the Arizona Medicaid Program.  Bridgeway serves dual eligible members. Dual eligible members means you have both Medicaid and Medicare coverage. Bridgeway’s service areas include Maricopa County, Pima County and Santa Cruz County. We do this in order to get you the healthcare you need, when you need it, to keep you healthy and help you to live independently.
